A science enthusiast, focused on new technologies, who will not only master the basics of photonic knowledge, but by working with people from the industry, he/she will be able to convey it to young people in an interesting way during lectures, demonstrations and various types of meetings
A person of contact, open to other people, able to both search for interesting educational initiatives through contact with representatives of institutions and organizations, and to set the course of action, initiating cooperation with schools, universities as well as associates and representatives of companies from the Photonics and Fiber Optics Cluster
An animator, initiator who looks broadly into the future, who is familiar with both social media, technological novelties and projects in the HR area, a creator of ideas involved in the implemented activities
A good organizer, able to plan a number of activities aimed at achieving the assumed goals, ready for cooperation and development on various levels
